Around 10:30am, I was at the main campus of the University of Houston at Clear Lake. There I had to pick up some transcripts for a possible job. In the passenger seat, was my sweet little dog CoCo who was soaking in the sun on the seat. However, what she did not notice was the massive spraying that was going on over the heads of the buildings, the students and the professors. Military jets were placing parallel lines in the sky, X patterns and thick trails. It was truly incredible to see.
